Andhra Pradesh Leave Rules : Study Leave
- This leave is granted by Government only for the study of scientific, technical, and other similar problems for a period not exceeding 2 years in the entire service after a service of 5 years.
- Government servants of less than 5 years of service and due to retire within 3 years are not eligible for sanction of leave.
- If it is combined with leave with allowances, this period should not exceed 28 months. EOI may be taken in conjunction with this leave without any limit.
- The employee will be drawn half pay leave salary.
